As the leader and largest exporter of the vehicle mounted equipment sector, Katmerciler became the fastest rising company in Aegean Region in “ICI Second 500 Largest Industrial Enterprises” study, and took the title of third fastest rising company in general listing. The Company had previously shown a similar success in EBSO and TEA listings.

Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ICI) published their study titled “Second 500 Largest Industrial Enterprises in Turkey.” According to second report of this study based on figures of direct sales from manufacture, Katmerciler (KATMR), leader and only stock market representative of Turkish vehicle mounted equipment sector, became one of the fastest rising companies.
Taking the 177th place in the list with its 2012 revenue of TRY 124 million on direct sales from manufacture, Katmerciler displayed the achievement of a rise of 269 places in a single bound. The Company took the 446th place on the last year’s list.
According to these results, Katmerciler became the 677th largest industrial enterprise in Turkey, among all industrial enterprises including both public and private sectors. In addition to becoming the fastest rising company in Aegean Region, Katmerciler also became the third fastest rising company in general listing.

One success after another

Katmerciler had also displayed a rapid rise on Aegean Region Chamber of Industry (EBSO) and Turkish Exporters Assembly (TEA) listings published in recent months. Rising by 28 places from 82nd to 54th place in “100 Largest Industrial Enterprises” list published by EBSO last month, Katmerciler had become the fastest rising company among the top 100.
Moreover, with its 2012 export revenue of USD 62.7 million, Katmerciler had also displayed the achievement of leaping from 662nd place to 247th place, a rise of 415 places, in the “Largest Export Companies” list published by TEA in May.  Increasing its export capacity by 131 per cent, Katmerciler became one of the fastest export business developing companies in the TEA listings.
