GOVERNANCE OF POLICY Katmerciler A.Ş., in order to ensure that this Policy is carried out effectively and in accordance with its purpose;
  1. It strives to ensure that the principles included in the policy are adopted in its business processes and by its managers and employees.
  2. Develops practices and procedures for the implementation of the policy, training and awareness activities related to it, and determining the governance processes in detail. It monitors compliance with the Policy and the procedures issued based on it, within the relevant Boards and Committees, especially the Sustainability Committee.
  3. It carefully evaluates the applications to be made regarding the non-compliance with the principles in this Policy.
  4. In cases of possible violation, it carries the matter to the relevant internal units according to the subject of the violation, establishes the necessary actions within the framework of internal procedures and rules, and operates the determined processes.
  5. If the employees learn or suspect that the Company Code of Ethics or the laws and regulations to which the company is subject have been violated, they should report this to their superior or, if the situation is related to their superior, or to the General Manager of the company, if the superior does not take any action regarding the suspected violation. they are responsible.
